SHIPPING POLICY

PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the following business day. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY

United States:
- Orders $38.97 and above: Free shipping
- Orders below $38.97: $5.99 flat rate
- Single can orders are available to US customers only

Canada:
- Orders $0–$59.99: $14.99 flat rate
- Orders $60.00 and above: $19.99 flat rate
- Free shipping does not apply to Canadian orders

We ship via USPS from Irvine, California. US orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days. Canadian orders typically arrive within 7–14 business days. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

TRACKING
Once your order ships you will receive an email with your USPS tracking number. You can track your order at usps.com or through the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.

ORDER ISSUES
If your package is lost in transit, arrives damaged, or you receive an incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at contact@pukkapouches.com. Please include your order number and a photo if applicable. We will make it right.

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
We currently ship to the United States and Canada only.

US orders of $38.97 or more qualify for free shipping. Standard US shipping is $5.99 for orders below $38.97.

Canada orders are charged a flat shipping rate at checkout:
- 3 cans: $14.99
- 5 cans or more: $19.99

Please note that Canadian orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer (the importer of record) and are not included in your order total. Pukka Pouches has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. We recommend contacting Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) for more information before placing your order. Delivery to Canada typically takes 7-14 business days.
