Cancellation policy

Some items in our store are offered as a subscription. This policy explains how you can change or cancel subscription purchases.

Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries based on the frequency you select. Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each delivery.

Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period until cancelled.

How to cancel:

Log into your account at account.pukkapouches.com → Subscriptions → Manage → Cancel subscription. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your next billing date to avoid being charged for that renewal cycle.

If you need help cancelling, email us at contact@pukkapouches.com and we will process your cancellation within 1 business day.

Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds on subscription orders that have already been processed and shipped.
